Please read the following carefully before submitting your application. By applying for the RegroX 6-Month Hair Journey Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation in the program does not guarantee hair regrowth, hair thickening, reduced hair loss, or any specific result.
2. Hair loss can occur for many different reasons, and some conditions may not respond to RegroX products.
3. RegroX reserves the right to accept or decline any application based on suitability for the program.
4. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during the application process and throughout the program.
5. You agree to provide monthly progress photographs and feedback during the six-month journey.
6. Photos must be taken in good lighting, with dry hair, and must clearly show the required hair/scalp areas for progress tracking.
7. You understand that your application information, progress photos, feedback, survey responses and testimonials may include personal information and information relating to your hair/scalp condition.
8. RegroX will process this information for the purpose of assessing your application, managing your participation in the program, monitoring progress, communicating with you, and creating marketing, educational and promotional content where consent has been given.
9. Your progress photos, videos, testimonials, survey responses and progress updates may be used by RegroX for marketing, educational, social media, website, advertising, email marketing and promotional purposes where you have given consent.
10. To protect your privacy, RegroX will blur, crop or edit photos and videos so that your face, name and personal identity are not exposed, unless you give separate written permission for your identity to be shown.
11. RegroX will not sell your personal information to third parties.
12. RegroX may use trusted service providers, platforms or systems to store, manage, process or publish approved content, but only for purposes connected to the program, marketing, administration or legal compliance.
13. You may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying RegroX.
14. If you withdraw from the program, RegroX will stop using any unpublished content linked to you where reasonably possible. Content that has already been published may not always be capable of complete removal, especially where it has already been shared, copied or distributed on third-party platforms.
15. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal or operational requirements that may apply.
16. You may object to the processing of your personal information for marketing purposes.
17. You confirm that all information supplied is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

I consent to RegroX using my progress photos, videos, testimonials, survey responses and progress updates for marketing, educational, social media, website, advertising, email marketing and promotional purposes, provided that my face, name and identity are protected by blurring, cropping or editing the content so that I am not personally identifiable.

I understand that I may withdraw from the program or object to marketing use by contacting RegroX.
